Not satisfied with the item quality, size or delivery?
You can return your item by following these simple steps
Raise Return Request
Email Us with the product images and the Issues, once request Is approved. You will be notified by mail.
Prepare For Pick-Up
Product Will be Picked up from the address where it was delivered
You will be mailed on the approval of your request, Repack the product
Vendor Notifies us of the product
Not satisfied with the item received?
Product has to be in original & unused state
Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate wear or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Our team will review the request. Once approved Refund/Exchange will be initiated.
Note: You must Click and Mail/upload original products images and NOT the Catalog image.
Please note if you have received an empty box/missing component, please drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:

You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and pack your item as the delivery man will pick the item from the same place where it was delivered.
To return your product, you will re-pack the item and the customer care team will co-ordinate with you with the timing as and when the delivery man will pick the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
